## Career Opportunity: HR Operations Staff
Siloam Hospitals Group is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Staff member to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our hospital’s human resources functions align with group standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of HR operational activities, including:
* HR Administration: Overseeing recruitment processes, employee contracts, and onboarding procedures.
* Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date staff records within the HRIS database, including employment forms, professional licenses, and certifications.
* Payroll Excellence: Preparing monthly payroll reconciliations and summary reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to both the Head Office and Hospital Finance teams.
* Recruitment Support: Providing backend administrative assistance, including interview scheduling, background verification, and documentation management.
* Employee Engagement: Partnering with the Head of HR to develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and high staff morale.

Required Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following attributes:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in a similar HR role.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
* Organizational Capability: Strong ability to multitask, manage priorities, and maintain meticulous records.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR best practices, performance management, and labor regulations.
