## Shape the Future: The Management Trainee Program
Our Management Trainee (MT) program is meticulously designed to cultivate the next generation of organizational leaders. This intensive initiative provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, equipping them with the strategic skills necessary to transition into management roles within just three to five years.
Available Specializations
We are currently seeking high-potential candidates to join our team in the following tracks:
* MT Production/Maintenance/PPIC: Requires a minimum GPA of 3.00. Eligible degrees include Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* MT HRD: Requires a minimum GPA of 3.00. Eligible degrees include Psychology or Law.
* MT Accounting: Requires a minimum GPA of 3.00. Eligible degrees include Accounting or Accounting Taxation.
## General Requirements for Aspiring Leaders

1. Fresh Graduates: Must be no older than 25 years of age.

4. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, or other international languages is considered a significant advantage.
5. Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Indonesia, including facilities in Ngoro, Gresik, Sragen, Subang, and Sumbawa, covering East, Central, and West Java regions.
