## General and Specific Qualifications
To ensure our high standards of operation are met, candidates must match the specific competency and educational criteria designated for each role:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a closely related field.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the palm oil plantation industry. Candidates with prior experience in tidal swamp (pasang surut*) areas will be given strong preference.
* Role-Specific Expertise:
Development Director & Land Clearing Assistants:* Proven background in executing greenfield land clearing projects, encompassing both agronomic planning and infrastructure development.
Head of Administration (KTU):* Exceptional proficiency in plantation administration, monthly financial closing, budget control, petty cash management, and comprehensive inventory oversight.
Estate Department & Field Assistants:* Thorough understanding of palm oil quality standards and agronomic best practices.
Nursery Assistants:* Comprehensive knowledge of oil palm nursery techniques, ranging from initial seed sowing to preparing mature seedlings for transplanting in newly opened areas.
Traction Assistants:* In-depth technical knowledge regarding spare parts, vehicle routing administration (VRA), workshop routing administration (WRA), as well as heavy machinery and vehicle maintenance.
* Readiness: Willingness to undergo an online interview process, accept placement in South Sumatra (OKI or Banyuasin regions), and start working as soon as possible (ASAP).
